System Requirements

To install the Ellie Mae - LandSafe Interface, you must meet these minimum system requirements:

• Have access to ePASS.

• Have a LandSafe.com user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID and password, go to LandSafe.com or call
  877-LS-CLOSE (877-572-5673).

• Have Internet Explorer 5.0, 5.5, or 6.0 with 128 bit encryption installed.

• Have a continuous Internet connection.

Installation

None. LandSafe is listed as a provider in ePASS.

Common Errors when
Requesting a Credit Report

Not Enough Data Provided

You must provide the following for each borrower and co-borrower:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Social Security Number

• Complete Present Mailing Address

 Bad Connection

Check your Internet connection.
